ARRIVALS
Guests are asked to arrive after 3.30pm. Between
3.30pm and 5.30 pm a complimentary afternoon tea is served to welcome you.
LATE ARRIVALS
We do not usually accept new guests after 10.00 pm. If you
are held up en-route or expect to arrive late, please phone to arrange access.
MEAL TIMES
Breakfast: 8.30 - 9.30 am, Dinner: 7.30 pm, Afternoon Tea: 3.30
- 5.30 pm
We have a restaurant license and a selection of good wine
and a well stocked bar.
EVENING MEALS
Meals are served at 7.30 pm.
Guests taking dinner are asked to reach the Coach House by 6.30
pm on the first day of their arrival as we need time to prepare
your starters, as all our meals are freshly cooked.
If you are unable to arrive by this time we could recommend somewhere
within a short car journey from the Coach House.
VEGETARIANS
Please will you be so kind as to tell us if you do eat fish?
If you have any other dietary requirements please tell us
in advance.
DOGS
Your dog is welcome in your room when you are present. When
you are not in the room, for any reason, your dog must be put in
your car, unless caged. This rule is strictly enforced. Dogs are
not allowed in the public rooms.
A charge of £5 for your first night, and £2.50 per night thereafter, applies.
INSURANCE
We strongly recommend that you take out insurance to protect
the cost of your holiday.
CANCELATION
All bookings must be confirmed by a non-refundable deposit of £20 per night made by debit or credit card.
Due to our location, any cancellations made at less than 48 hours notice will be charged the remaining balance for the first night's accommodation.
NO SMOKING
In view of forthcoming government legisltion, The Coach House is now a completely non-smoking establishment. You are, of course, very welcome to smoke outside and on our terrace. |
