Breakfasts
and Evening Meals Served

The food at the Coach House is of the highest
quality, made from carefully chosen fresh ingredients for distinctive
and sometimes quirky dishes.

The
home-cooked food is fresh and varied reflecting modern ideas
on healthy eating, sometimes with a Mediterranean or other ethnic
influence.

Special diets such as Vegan, Dairy free or Gluten free are
regarded as a happy challenge and Vegetarians are well catered for.

Breakfast
(8.30 - 9.30am)
Starter consists of pinhead oatmeal porridge, home-produced muesli
& granola with roasted grains, fruit compotes, fresh cream and
natural yoghurt.

This can be followed
by bacon or kippers, beef sausages from a local butcher, kedegree
or omelettes, all with local free-range eggs.

For toast afterwards,
there are a wide variety of home-produced marmalades and jams available,
along with numerous choices of tea and coffee.

Evening
Meals (7.30pm)
Leona and her staff prepare a choice of up to six starters which can
include pates, dressed crab, fascinating fish dishes, soups and salads.

A main course of,
for example steak, pheasant, wild salmon or quail with a plentiful
variety of locally produced vegetables.

Desserts are a
work of art and there is a wide range of local cheeses with fresh
fruit and nuts to follow.

Coffee and home made petits fours are served in the lounge or in your
room if you prefer. |
